NSW Rural Doctors Network (RDN) is the Rural Workforce Agency (RWA) for health in New South Wales. RDN aims to ensure that the highest possible standard of healthcare is available to rural and remote communities through the provision of a highly skilled health workforce.

RDN administers the More Doctors for Rural Australia Program (MDRAP) and facilitates access to Medicare Provider Numbers for doctors to gain experience working as a rural GP before joining a Fellowship training program.
